I am writing to inform you that the NCGFOA Board of Directors has made the decision to cancel our upcoming fall conference previously scheduled to be held in Asheville Nov. 17-19. Our thoughts remain with all of our colleagues in the western part of the state who have suffered through the devastating impacts of Hurricane Helene.

We are planning to hold a virtual business meeting in the coming weeks to take the action necessary to prepare for the organization’s new fiscal year on Jan. 1. We will also be sharing other CPE options for those members who need hours by year end. Please watch your email for details on participating in the virtual business meeting and other educational opportunities.

However, we are pleased to announce that the NCGFOA spring conference registration is coming soon. The spring conference will be held at Pinehurst on February 16-18, 2025.
