NCGFOA Sponsorship Information

November 17-19, 2024 | Asheville, N.C.

We are thrilled to extend an invitation for you to join us as a valued sponsor at our Fall Conference, taking place November 17-19 at the Renaissance in downtown Asheville. This event presents a unique platform for you to showcase your products and services to North Carolina's Government Finance Officers, providing them with insights into how your offerings can support their professional endeavors.

There are a limited number of sponsorship opportunities available for the number of sessions we will be offering. If you have any questions regarding sponsorship please email: events@nclm.org

Additional Important Information:

  • Sponsor add-on registrants beyond your complimentary registrations may be added during the sponsor registration process for the registration fee of $500 per person. 
  • Please provide the following information at the time of registration:
    • Company logo. In the event you did not submit your logo during the registration process, you can email a current logo to events@nclm.org no later than Monday, October 21, 2024.
    • Brief description of your company
  • This website establishes sponsorship and provides registration for your attendees. We accept Visa, Mastercard or ACH payment methods (no checks or AMEX).

NCGFOA Member Attendee Refund Policy
To cancel your registration, contact events@nclm.org no later than October 28th to qualify for a refund. We must give guarantees to the conference facility, and they will charge us even if you cancel; therefore, no refunds for meals and events can be made after October 28th. Please review the hotel's cancellation policy in regard to your room reservation.

NCGFOA Sponsor Refund Policy
To cancel your sponsor registration and in order to qualify for a full refund, please contact events@nclm.org no later than October 21, 2024. The NCGFOA will be charged for all fees incurred from the conference facility after October 21. We must give guarantees to the conference facility, and they will charge us even if you cancel; therefore, no refunds can be made after October 21, 2024.
