What is the deadline to reserve a hotel room?

Are there specific parking instructions?
For registrants commuting daily to the event, parking is available at the Wilmington Convention Center Public Parking Deck. There is an associated cost for this parking facility.

Where do we send a copy of our company logo?
Logo of Firm/Company: Please send us a high resolution .jpeg file of your logo at the time of completing your online registration. The logo will be placed onto a slide/power point, big and small. These types of files ensure your logo looks its best at any size. Your company's marketing and/or public information departments will be the best place to ask for these files. Please email events@nclm.org.
What if I have a Door Prize Drawing?
If you plan to have a door prize drawing, please bring it to the onsite registration desk by Tuesday after the Networking Lunch.
When will the attendee list be sent out?
Attendee list including name and local government units will be available one week out from the conference. It will be posted on the NCGFOA guidebook app.
What are the member registration fees?
NCGFOA Active Member Registration Fee - $250 | Active Member plus (2) Spouse/Guest at no cost. Additional Spouse/Guest Registration Fee - Cost $25 per person.
NCGFOA Associate Member Registration Fee - $500 | Associate Member | No Guest/Spouse registration available.
NCGFOA Lifetime Member Registration Fee - $0 | Lifetime Member, plus (2) Spouse/Guest at no cost. Additional Spouse/Guest Registration Fee - $25 per person.
NCGFOA Member Registration | Onsite registration available at a higher cost.
NCGFOA Associate Member Registration | Onsite registration available at a higher cost.
**For those staying at the host hotel, complimentary made-to-order breakfast is provided by the Embassy and included with your stay.
All meals for members are included in the registration fee, but we do ask that you "check if attending" for meal count.

What is the NCGFOA cancellation and refund policy?
NCGFOA Member Attendee Refund Policy
To cancel your registration, contact events@nclm.org no later than Monday, July 8 to qualify for a refund. We must give guarantees to the conference facility, and they will charge us even if you cancel; therefore, no refunds for meals and events can be made after Monday, July 8. Please review the hotel's cancellation policy in regard to your room reservation.
Sponsor Refund Policy
The Association must receive written cancellation of your sponsorship, via e-mail to events@nclm.org, by June 21, 2024 to be eligible for a refund. Sponsorships may not be cancelled after June 21, 2024 - payments made for these sponsorships are nonrefundable.
